וְלֹא־שָׁמַ֣ע אֲמַצְיָ֔הוּ כִּ֤י מֵהָֽאֱלֹהִים֙ הִ֔יא לְמַ֖עַן תִּתָּ֣ם בְּיָ֑ד כִּ֣י דָֽרְשׁ֔וּ אֵ֖ת אֱלֹהֵ֥י אֱדֽוֹם׃
Ngunit hindi nakinig si Amasias, sapagkat ito ay mula sa Diyos, upang sila'y maibigay sa kamay [ng hari ng Israel], sapagkat hinanap nila ang mga diyos ng Edom.
